This Cookies Policy explains how 1StepTrip, operated by SETTOUR Slovakia spol. s r. o., Lazaretská 29, 811 09 Bratislava, Slovakia (the "operator", "we"), uses cookies and similar technologies on www.1steptrip.com. It follows Section 109(8) of Act No. 452/2021 Coll. on Electronic Communications and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device (computer, tablet or phone). We also use the browser's local storage, which works in a similar way: the website saves a small piece of information on your device and reads it on your next visit. Everything below applies to both.
Your consent
Essential cookies do not require consent: without them the website cannot work. Every other cookie is stored only after you allow it in the cookie bar, and only for the types you allow. Nothing is pre-selected. Declining cookies does not limit what you can do on the website. Simply closing or ignoring the bar means no consent was given.
You can withdraw or change your consent at any time in the Cookie settings at the bottom of this page or with the cookie icon button in the bottom right corner. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. After withdrawal we stop using the cookies of that type; scripts that are already loaded stop after the page is reloaded.
Types of cookies we use
- Essential — needed for the website to work: keeping you signed in, remembering the trip you are putting together and remembering your cookie choice. No consent is required.
- Analytics — Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, tells us which pages are visited and how the website is used so that we can improve it. Used only with your consent.
- Marketing — advertising tags (for example Google Ads or Meta) for measuring campaigns and showing you relevant ads on other websites. Used only with your consent. At the moment no marketing tags are active; if we add any, they will be listed here and will still run only with your consent. With this consent we also remember for 30 days which partner recommended us to you (the partner cookie).

Analytics cookies are set by Google Ireland Limited. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
What data is collected
Essential cookies contain only technical identifiers and the data you enter yourself (your trip, your sign-in). Analytics cookies contain a random identifier of your browser; together with it Google Analytics processes the pages you visit, the approximate location derived from your IP address, your device and browser type and, after an order, the order number, the price and the items ordered. We do not use cookies for automated decision-making.
Managing cookies in your browser
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser. Blocking essential cookies may prevent you from signing in or completing an order.

We update this policy when the cookies we use change, for example when a new tag is added to Google Tag Manager. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
