This is a self-check-in hotel. Guests should reach the property by giving a call or via SMS or What's Up. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. The apartment is accessed by stairs. There are no elevators within the building. The check-in is from 02:00 PM. To arrange early check-in, guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions, otherwise guests won't be able to access the apartment before the check-in time. In case of arrival before the apartment is ready, guests can store the luggage in the lockers located in the basement, which can be accessed from the yard by the staircase a few meters away from the elevator. On every door, there is a smart-lock that opens with a code. The code will work only during the stay. In case of the code being compromised, guests should contact the administration immediately and it will be changed. To enhance the security level, the common areas of the hotel are under video surveillance. The check-out is at 10:00 AM. After the check-out, your code for the doors will be inactive.
