In the case of insurance premiums events (bankruptcy of CK) Union poisťovňa, a. s., Karadžičova 10, 813 60 Bratislava, Slovak Republic, I O: 31 322 051 shall be provided to the passenger in accordance with the law. 170/2018 Coll.:

• repatriation, if part of the Trip
• Insurance benefit in the amount of the deposit paid or the price paid for the tour, if the tour did not take place,
• Insurance benefit in the amount of the difference between the price paid to the travel agent and the price partially provided tour, if the tour was only partially provided.

Insurance covers Passengers' entitlements in the travel agency in accordance with the law. 170/2018 Coll. up to €40,000

The insurance is valid only for tours purchased in the period from 01.09.2024 – 31.8.2025

Your legitimate claim must be claimed by the passenger with the insurer within 6 months of the occurrence of the insured event, otherwise, his entitlement expires.
