In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars). Guests under 15 years old are not allowed in the swimming pool or fitness facility, and guests under 14 years old are only allowed in the swimming pool and fitness facility with adult supervision.
