Here's some information for you:
Pick-up info:
The pick-up process starts at 8:30 and continues until around 9:00 as we collect passengers from different locations. We kindly request that you be at your chosen pick-up location by 08:30 AM. We need to have your email address on record so that we can send you an email 30 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. This email will contain a description of our car, including a photo and license plate number. We will also provide the name of the guide in the email. Our driver-guide will always stop, get out of the car, and search for you. They won't leave the pick-up point unless they cannot locate you.
Other practical information:
• Dress according to the weather. Also, wear practical shoes.
• Note that we make several stops on the way, most of them are for sightseeing but others are restroom breaks, to buy some snacks, and to stretch our legs.
• We accept electronic tickets, there is no need to print out this voucher.

Your first stop will be at the Glacier Lagoon, also called Jökulsárlón, where you will board a small boat to travel across the water.
